Start with support inside the Hero11 app

Already have Hero11? On your phone, open the app and look through the menu or the account area for Help, Support or Customer Service. For a login question, an account question or a payment question, pick the option shown in the version you have now.

Follow the in-app support steps →

Need the app? Follow the Hero11 APK download and installation guide. Cannot sign in? Start with the login checks. There is no need to download the app once more solely so you can contact support.

How support is located and then used inside the app

  1. Open Hero11. Start from the app already sitting on your phone. If that app is not installed yet, use the download guide, complete installation and open it.
  2. Find the support option. In the menu or the account area, look for Help, Support or Customer Service. The precise label and its position can shift from one version to another.
  3. Select the issue that matches your problem. Explain one account, payment or technical issue at a time. Include the exact error or status and when it appeared.
  4. Send the relevant details through that route. Work through the checklists further down, and crop screenshots so they show the issue. Passwords, OTPs and payment PINs should stay private.
  5. Save any case reference or reply. If further information is requested, continue along that same support route. A chat that opens, or a message that gets submitted, does not prove an account issue or a payment issue has been put right.

When support cannot be reached until after sign-in, follow the access checks laid out below. Do not delete a session that already exists just to search for some other entrance.

Hero11 login and account-access checks

Regaining access to the account you already hold is the aim. Leave the installed app in place, and keep any old phone that remains signed in, as you move through the checks listed here.

  1. Check that the connection works. Open a familiar website. If Hero11 keeps loading, try once on a trusted Wi-Fi connection or mobile data. For a page that still will not load, use the access troubleshooting guide.
  2. Sign in through the login method that is linked with the account you already hold. Follow the fields and choices on the current Hero11 screen. Do not assume a new registration or guest session will restore the old account.
  3. When a phone number or an OTP is what the screen requests, read carefully what that screen is showing. Check the number that was registered, the format of the country code and whether the SIM has reception. Obey any on-screen instruction to wait or to retry. Put a code only into the login screen that you opened yourself, and do not hand that code to any other person.
  4. Use an available recovery or Help option. If a recovery process is offered on the sign-in screen, follow that process. When the old number or the old login method is gone, write down your account ID if you know it and record the error exactly. Do not open a further account to stand in for recovery.
  5. Confirm the account after access returns. Make sure that ID, whether shown as the user ID or the account ID, matches what you expected before the old device is changed. Use the new Android phone guide when moving between devices.

When you still cannot sign in, or Help still cannot be found

Keep the error text exactly, plus the app version, the device model and the time. Where an old phone is still signed in, open support inside that app. Where neither device gives a support route you can actually use, keep the current installation and the account details rather than uninstalling over and over or wiping data.

As a secondary reference, the Hero11 social links in the footer of this site can help you identify Hero11's published channels. Account and payment cases should still be handled through the app's support route; do not post account documents or payment records in public comments.

Choose the next step for your issue

Account details to prepare

  • User or account ID, if available.
  • Which login method was used for the account, and a registered contact detail in masked form, where that applies.
  • Phone model, Android version and installed Hero11 version.
  • The error exactly as shown, the screen it appears on, and the local day together with the time.
  • Whether sign-in is still active on the old phone, and whether the registered SIM or another recovery method can be used.
  • Every check already attempted, together with what resulted from it.

Send details of the account only by the support route inside the app. Do not put a full phone number, or a screenshot of the account, into any public group. Keep the old phone until the new one has confirmed access.

Payment details to prepare

Have a separate record ready for each deposit, each withdrawal or each refund:

  • Account or user ID.
  • Transaction type, amount and local date/time.
  • Order ID displayed in Hero11, if available.
  • A UTR, or a bank or payment reference, copied exactly in the form displayed, where that applies.
  • Status shown in Hero11 and status shown by the payment app or bank.
  • A single screenshot that is relevant, with balances, account numbers and notifications that do not relate kept hidden.
  • What you already tried and when.

Do not take a UTR from some other payment, and do not merge several transactions into a single report that is unclear. Take the next step from the status in the current app and from whatever support instructs, since this guide sets no fixed time for a resolution.

What to note for an error on a page, a download or an installation

  • Phone model, Android version and browser name.
  • Whether it happens on mobile data, on Wi-Fi, or across both.
  • The address of the final page after any personal query values are removed.
  • When the problem is a file, note the APK filename and the time the download happened.
  • Installed and offered versions, if available.
  • Whatever warning Android, the browser or Play Protect showed, word for word, plus a screenshot that is cropped.

If uncertainty is about the file itself, use the APK file-verification guide. For an unfamiliar destination, follow the Hero11 source-verification guide.

Copy this problem-report structure

Issue: one-sentence description
Account: user ID, or the registered contact in masked form, if that is relevant
Device: model, Android and app version
Time: local date and time
Reference: order ID or UTR, if relevant
Status/error: exact text shown
Evidence: one cropped screenshot
Already tried: checks and their results

Send this through the support option inside Hero11. Save any case reference so you can follow up without starting a separate report for the same issue.

Keep these details private

  • OTP or one-time verification code
  • UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN or CVV
  • Full password or bank-login credentials
  • Clips that show a password manager or an OTP sitting in a notification
  • Images of a full Aadhaar, PAN, bank statement or card placed inside a chat, except where a verified process inside the app specifically asks for an upload that is protected

Do not let a stranger control your phone from afar, and do not send another payment, merely because that person says doing so will fix access or free a pending sum.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact Hero11 customer support?

Open the Hero11 app and look for Help, Support or Customer Service in its menu or account area. Use the option shown in your current version. If the app is not installed, follow the Hero11 APK download guide first.

Do I need to download Hero11 again to contact support?

No. If Hero11 is already installed, open it and use its support option. A login or payment problem alone is not a reason to uninstall the app or erase its data.

What remains possible when logging in cannot be done?

Leave the current app available, and leave any old phone that is signed in available too. Review the connection and the login method that was used on the account. Take a recovery option or Help if the sign-in screen offers one, and write the error down exactly if access is still failing.

Should I send my OTP to support?

No. An OTP is what approves access or approves an action. Do not ever send one to an agent, an admin or a member of a group.

Is a UTR the same as a UPI PIN?

No. A UTR or transaction reference identifies a payment record; a UPI PIN authorises a payment and must remain secret.

Can hero11apk.in check my account?

No. The website you are reading is independent and does not run that external platform, keep account records or handle any payments.

What makes a useful screenshot?

Let the relevant status, time, sum and reference be visible, while cropping or covering personal and financial details that are not related.

Login, OTP and linked-contact help

Inside the recorded Customer Center there is help for Forgot Password and for an OTP that did not arrive. On the public first step, the sign-in field asks for an email or a mobile number and leaves out the country code. To see the exact scope and the checks after that, use Hero11 login and OTP help.

OTP guidance about changing a bank is limited to that particular support flow. It does not establish the delivery path used for every login. Keep every OTP, password and payment PIN out of the wording of a ticket.
