Retry from the existing Hero11 entry
Use the Hero11 download and access page to reach the site entry that is current. That entry is what a conversion button opens; the button alone does not prove an APK was downloaded or that sign-in took place.
If the working app you have now opens in the normal way, you can keep going inside it. Failure of a web redirect and failure of an installed app are not the same issue.
Check the browser without weakening protection
- Use a browser that has been updated, and test whether the connection is working on its own.
- Should an earlier page be stuck, reload it a single time and record the browser error exactly.
- Do not disable protection that is there for security, do not install helper apps you do not know, and do not use a mirror you never asked for in order to get past a warning.
- Hold off on clearing all data for the browser or the app until account access is confirmed; a session that works might be removed.

Keep the time, the device or browser, the address of the page, and the error on screen. For trouble with a website link, open the contact page of the website. For an account in the app, a deposit, or a settlement, use the Hero11 Customer Center route. Leave passwords and OTPs out of every report.

No. Losing the account is not what a navigation error on the web proves. Look at the app already there, or at the route for account support.
Should I use any Hero11 mirror I find?
A name or a logo that matches should not be treated as the same source. Compare details of the source and of the file before credentials are entered or anything is installed.
